Refrigerant Transition 2024 R-32 & R-454B Overview
This program is intended to prepare maintenance technicians and management companies for the safe handling of low GWP (Global Warming Potential) refrigerants, including those that are flammable and mildly flammable. Chadwell University will break down the EPA Toxicity and Flammability Chart, along with environmental considerations.
For the technician, we will discuss proper recovery and charging techniques, best practices, and additional UL requirements for A2L equipment. This webinar will have a quiz at the end and will need a score of 70% correct to receive a Certificate of Course Completion. Presentation, materials, and testing are derived from the ESCO Institute Low GWP Refrigerant Certification.
